How to make vegan dahi vada | Recipe

Can vegans have curd?

Vegans can have curd, lassi, and dahi like everyone else with alternatives like One Good curd. It's peanut based and only contains two other ingredients (water and live and active cultures). The result is something that's just as creamy, thick, and delicious in a traditional recipe like this!

You can probably think of a million other snacks to have, but the moment someone mentions dahi vada, it just doesn't leave your mind. And if you're following a plant-based diet, you have absolutely nothing to worry about with this recipe.

So follow this recipe for your go-to snacks for dinner parties or to just enjoy on your own- because who doesn't love something this spicy, tangy, and absolutely delicious?

Every household makes theirs a little differently, and this is how Neha Dev makes it in her own home.
