The Tastiest Vegan Chicken Burger Pav Recipe

One Good recently launched plant-based meats, so share this chef-inspired recipe to anyone who could use a juicy burger with an Indian twist!


  • One Good patty, one
  • Pav buns, one
  • One Good butter, 1 tablespoon
  • Oil, to shallow-fry the patty
  • One small onion, sliced 
  • One small tomato, sliced 
  • Cucumber, sliced, 10 gms
  • Half of one green chili
  • Red chili powder, a pinch
  • Lime juice, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste

To Serve: 


  1. Thaw the frozen One Good patty for a few minutes
  2. Cut the pav bun in half
  3. Spread One Good butter on each pav bun
  4. One a hot pan sear the pav buns until golden brown
  5. Add a little cooking oil in a hot pan and shallow fry the patty on both sides until golden brown
  6. Make kachumber by mixing sliced onion, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, freshly chopped green chilies, some red chili powder, some lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well with your hands
  7. Spread One Good mayo over the pav buns
  8. Add your freshly made kachumber
  9. Place the pav bun on top. Add a thin slice of One Good cheddar cheese to the top of the patty
  10. Add the remaining pav bun and indulge with your choice of dip!
