One Good recently launched plant-based meats, so share this chef-inspired recipe to anyone who could use a juicy burger with an Indian twist!
Ingredients:
- One Good patty, one
- Pav buns, one
- One Good butter, 1 tablespoon
- Oil, to shallow-fry the patty
- One small onion, sliced
- One small tomato, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced, 10 gms
- Half of one green chili
- Red chili powder, a pinch
- Lime juice, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
To Serve:
Procedure:
- Thaw the frozen One Good patty for a few minutes
- Cut the pav bun in half
- Spread One Good butter on each pav bun
- One a hot pan sear the pav buns until golden brown
- Add a little cooking oil in a hot pan and shallow fry the patty on both sides until golden brown
- Make kachumber by mixing sliced onion, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, freshly chopped green chilies, some red chili powder, some lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well with your hands
- Spread One Good mayo over the pav buns
- Add your freshly made kachumber
- Place the pav bun on top. Add a thin slice of One Good cheddar cheese to the top of the patty
- Add the remaining pav bun and indulge with your choice of dip!
