VEGAN banana protein shake recipe - just 5 ingredients

It's time to take out your blender and whip up a creamy, healthy protein shake! This recipe uses a banana for natural sweetness! The banana adds 3 grams of muscle-building protein without any added sugar. 

And combined with PRO2FIT vanilla flavoured vegan protein (banana works great too), and you have yourself a delicious, rich milkshake containing around 30g of protein. Yum!

This recipe is easy, delicious, plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free!

What can I add to my protein shakes?

Veggies: ¼ cup of palak

For healthy fats and extra creaminess: 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

For extra taste: chocolate chunks! 

How do you use vegan protein powder? Can it be consumed daily?

If you are active and exercise regularly, we recommend one scoop per day to boost your protein intake. If you're very active and require more protein than normal—for example if you weight-lift—we suggest two scoops a day for additional benefits.

Is vegan protein powder good for bloating?

Every scoop contains 1.1g of fibre per serving, making it great for people looking to increase their fibre intake and avoid the bloating associated with whey-based proteins.

1 cup One Good mylk

½ cup One Good curd

1 scoop PRO2FIT vanilla vegan protein powder

1 large frozen banana

1 pinch of ground cinnamon

Ice as needed (optional)
