Subscription issues

I agree with people who say subscription should be less confusing to navigate.

Firstly even after requesting delivery date for the next month on subscribing , system auto generates a delivery and the staff are unaware till I informed them. They have told me this will be looked into.

Secondly I lose track of tubs after second month. We dont get notification for renewal too. This can be avoided if they send subscriprion renewal reminders and also indicate how many tubs are left at least in the final month of delivery.
The staff are prompt and courteous and no delivery issues so far. Please dont change to clear plastic covers... It will not prevent curd breakage... We want curd not buttermilk. Buckets are not eco friendly but the curd is held in shape better than tetra packs.
